Our school has taken significant steps to reduce its carbon footprint and to teach the students the importance of taking the little steps towards creating a better world.
Generating awareness about EARTH DAY. Every year on 22nd of April the school celebrates Earth Day, showcasing environmental initiatives in which each student is engaged in some eco friendly activity like Plantation drive , composting , recycling of paper , reuse of plastic , slogan writing , poem writing and dramatics.
All efforts sent a message that together we can make every day a Earth Day and each one of us can make a tangible environmental impact through prudent and rational use of natural resources.
Rain Water Harvesting
The school has twelve collection points for rain water harvesting, After filtration , the harvested water is discharged deep into the Earth to enrich the water table of the area.
