PROCEDURE FOR REGISTRATION AND ADMISSION

Being a prestigious institution, we take in students who will contribute and foster the principles of intermingling and culture, we make sure that students admitted to U.P. Kirana Seva Samiti Balika Vidyalaya possess certain qualities, it is the first place where she begins communicating with other people and as responsible educators it is our duty to provide conducive atmosphere.

For admission in U.P. Kirana Seva Samiti Balika Vidyalaya please follow the below-mentioned procedure accurately.

At the time of registration, the following documents along with registration fee should be submitted to the Front desk of the administrative section.

Filled in form should be submitted in the office along with-

1. Latest coloured passport size photograph of he student.
2. Photograph of the parents with the child in [5cm x 3.5 cm].
3. Photocopy of Birth Certificate (attested).
4. Photocopy of the result of the previous class (attested)(not applicable for LKG).
5. In case the registration form is filled by guardians other than parents, it should be clearly indicated.
6. Address Proof:- Pan card/Driving license/Electricity Bill

Note: Incomplete or illegible Registration forms, without photos will not be accepted.

FOR THE K.G. SECTION – An interactive session will be held alongwith both the parents of the candidate and the candidate herself. Admission will be based on the result of this interaction.

FOR CLASS I & ABOVE – A written test will be conducted for students seeking admission to class I and above.
